OFFICIAL TASTING NOTE

Colour: Pale straw.

WITHOUT WATER:

Nose: Fresh with some delicate estery notes, fruity - stewed fruits and pronounced malty influences.

Palate: Creamy, with a rounded sweetness, some toasted malt and a hint of charred oak.

WITH WATER:

Nose: Fresh and malty, with a citrus note - fresh lemonade. Some floral influences linger.

Palate: Sweet and malty, creamy and smooth. Some subtle hints of spice emerge.

Body: Light.

Finish: Long and smooth.

WITHOUT WATER:

Nose: Light esters -hints of pears and fresh fruits. Fragrant with floral influences emerging.

Palate: Sweet, with defined fruity influences - citrus notes of oranges and lemons, with a touch of sweet sherbert.

WITH WATER:

Nose: Fruity notes with subtle flowery influences - hints of rose petals.

Palate: Flowery - subtle rose influences. With a delicate spice, some fruits and a hint of fresh esters.

Body: Light with delicate esters.

Finish: Short with sweetness.
