A quiet Bruichladdich but nonetheless with lots of charm.

White wine in colour, a nose that initially is cereal-grainy with greenhouse, love-hearts and birch/moss-water. However there is also cordite, slight oak and more cabbage water, water reveals a sweet estery note and some spent matches.

A smoky swallow after vanilla and caramel flavours when neat with pepper-spice mouth feel and a surprising tomato and basil pasta dish personality.
