Think of a softened Highland Park; now enjoy it!

An all sherry-wood matured blend. The sherry gives a distinct sulphuryness first then there is chocolate, machine oil and vegetative notes with an undercurrent of grain. Some heather-smoke under that. Sherry-spice, sherry-oak and sherry-sweet (Demerara).

A light classic sherry-style that is remarkable for a blend of this value. Takes lots of water very well too.

Peaty version of Scotland's national dram, aimed at those who usually turn their noses up at blends and have not been to Loch Fyne Whiskies to try the Loch Fyne. This one works too.

Nutty, rich, slightly sherried at first then the peat develops on the tongue to become very peaty. Then sweet. Fascinating and very enjoyable.
