SCORE: 3+/5

A nose of feeble peat and strawberry-jam-and-chocolate, quite pleasant in a strawberry jam sort of way, taste is pleasing and unchallenging (I like that), peat and bran flakes - a breakfast whisky? Water gives a tasting note of soapy lizards (?). A nice peaty dram but not much Islay.

The hindquarters of a sweaty horse - that's sweet and musty. But that's only the start; this fascinating dram develops from no-peat to full peat (grow-bag levels). To sum-up; sweet and peaty, fascinating.
