		Balvenie OB Signature 12yo 40%alc. Replacing the 10yo Founders Reserve this is matured in Sherry butts, first fill Bourbon casks and refill Bourbon casks. A soft mild nose, cool and creamy. The mix of casks softens and sweetens the dram making it sweet and very velvety. An easy, sweet dram for both the novice and experienced malt whisky fan. 		Balvenie OB Founder's Reserve 10yo 40%alc. An excellent Speyside malt with honey, oranges and a whiff of peat. Flavour Map Ref: E2 Complex / Delicate (Price excluding VAT: £23.23) £27.30 Including VAT at 17.5%


		Balvenie OB Double Wood 12yo 40%alc. A very highly regarded malt, matured principally in bourbon casks and then transferred to sherry for polishing, one of the first to use this process of 'finishing'. The whisky is a delightfully complex canvas of sweetness, spiciness, fruitiness with nuts, oranges, honey - and whatever takes your fancy. Ace. Flavour Map Ref: I4 Rich / Delicate [Blind tasting note from RJ during the SFWC: Sweet sherry-wood, fresh tropical fruit. Quite estery. Taste is perfumes, furniture wax and soda, sweet, fruity, very different and slightly sickly. An undesirable, nay 'orrible finish, completely unbalanced. Probably another stupid 'finish'.
