Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Stock Lists, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your selection. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, PayPal and AMEX (via PayPal). With non-PayPal payments we take Pre-Authorisation and reserve the funds on your card at checkout but we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship (unless you have requested it to be put aside for later shipping overseas). You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Once cleared orders are processed with all possible speed, usually the same day, and we use a two/three day courier service (UK); please enquire if you have not received your goods within 14 days.

NEW CUSTOMERS
Customers ordering for the first time will be required to give verification of legitimate age and identity, we will email you with details required once we receive your order during business hours. This may slow up the speed of delivery for your first order.
Shipping UK - Deliveries are by a tracked courier service and are guaranteed. If the courier is unable to deliver due to no-one being in or access problems they will return the parcel to their depot or leave at your local Post Office. After a number of days if not collected parcels are returned to us.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES
If delivery is outside of the UK please be sure to understand our terms and conditions as your local laws may prohibit import or movement of alcohol or you may be charged extra taxes. Any charges incurred are payable by the recipient before the courier will deliver.
It is a requirement of export that we destroy the UK Duty Stamp on every bottle. Where possible this will be done by placing a permanent Loch Fyne Whiskies sticker over the UK Duty Stamp.
By placing an order you agree to our country specific TERMS OF SALE.
Deliveries are by tracked courier. Breakages are replaced with your next order; import restrictions are strictly for your attention.
Tracking: All parcels are sent by tracked courier.
Overseas Customers: Any tax charges incurred are payable by the recipient before the courier will deliver.
Please note the shipping charge is based on weight. We may amend the shipping as necessary before we process your order and would contact you first if it is to increase. Full details can be seen in our TERMS OF SALE. Your credit card is not charged until goods are ready for shipment.
Shipments to Norway*: Whisky at 60% abv or more cannot be delivered to Norway.


All whisky shipments sent overseas are liable to import taxes at the discretion of the local Customs Officials. Any import taxes charged are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before Customs will release the whisky.

Back Orders If we cannot fulfill an entire order within 5 days or so, we will contact you.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is charged on vatable products. All orders beyond the EU are VAT free, though import taxes will be charged by Customs and are payable by the recipient before the courier will deliver. Our VAT Registered Number is: GB 617 1945 34.
Credit Card Security Since 2008 online payments are handled by a dedicated card processor, Actinic Payments and are fully PCI-DSS compliant. We have no access to your credit card information.

Returns Policy If the product is faulty or not as ordered then it can be returned to us at our cost.
If you change your mind and no longer require the item you may return it to us intact within 8 days of receipt for a full refund (you are liable and responsible for the postage and packing back to us).
